Shipping and handling:
We ship only within North America and we usually ship all orders via UPS Ground service. We usually process most orders within 5 business days. In-stock orders should arrive within 2-10 business days after processing. Convenient delivery to Canada and United States is available for only $2 per order in addition to our Standard Shipping & Service Charges.
Return Policy:
We recommend that you carefully read and understand the product descriptions and thechnical specifications so that you are fully aware of the abilities and/or limitations of the product of interest, prior to purchase. Please take great care when you receive your order because if you have any doublts as to the product not meeting your requirements you should not proceed with using or installing it. Keep all parts and packaging undamaged as any merchandise used, worn, or not in the same condition as shipped cannot be returned. Inspect all merchandise thoroughly prior to delivery agent departure if possible. If merchandise is damaged during shipment it should not be accepted and noted on the delivery agent documents. Contact us immediately if a shipment arrives damaged. Return merchandise must be within 15 days from delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs; a 35% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt.
Claimes for Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Our company is not responsible for claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment once they leave our dock.
